Prices displayed are indicative until final confirmation and may change due to currency fluctuation, fare changes, or Provider updates before payment is completed.

You are responsible for reviewing all booking details (names, dates, destinations) before confirming, as errors may not be correctable after confirmation, or may incur correction fees.

A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email/SMS with a booking reference number from us.

All prices are listed in BDT and include taxes & service fees.

Full payment (or the applicable deposit) is required to confirm a booking, as indicated at checkout.

We accept the payment methods listed on the Site at checkout (e.g., cards, mobile financial services, bank transfer).

We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received in full within the required timeframe.

We act as a booking intermediary/agent for third-party Providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurers, visa processors). We are not the Provider of the underlying travel service.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you and all travelers on your booking hold valid passports, visas, and any other documents required for travel.

We may assist with visa processing where offered, but final approval rests with the relevant embassy/consulate/immigration authority.

We are not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel disruption resulting from inadequate or invalid travel documents.

Providers may change schedules, prices, routes, or accommodations, or cancel services, for reasons beyond our control.

We will notify you of any such changes as soon as we are informed and assist with rebooking, refund, or credit options as made available by the Provider.

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or fraudulent booking

Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or functionality

Provide false information when making a booking

Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written permission

We reserve the right to cancel bookings and/or suspend access to the Site for violations of these Terms.

All content on the Site — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Maestour Travels and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maestour Travels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your travel, including but not limited to lost bookings, missed flights, or travel disruptions caused by third parties.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount of the service fee we charged for that specific booking, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or government action.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Provider sites, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
